How to prepare crispy potatoes

Potatoes are one of the most consumed vegetables in the world. They are desirable and loved by most people, old and young.

Here are several ways to prepare delicious and crispy potatoes.


  • 2 large potatoes.
  • A small spoon of salt.
  • Two tablespoons of vinegar.
  • warm water.
  • frying oil.

How to Make it:

 Prepare and peel the potatoes, wash them with cold water, then cut them into medium-length strips.
Bring warm water, add salt and vinegar to the water, and stir until the salt dissolves.
Bring the potatoes afterward, submerge them with warm water, and let them for ten minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the water and drain well, then put them in the freezer for a quarter of an hour.
Bring the vegetable oil, heat it over high heat, then put potatoes directly from the freezer in hot oil.
Stir the potatoes occasionally until they are golden and crispy.
Remove the potatoes from the oil and halve them by placing them on tissue paper or butter paper to absorb the excess oil.
